Apply for a wholesale account

To open a wholesale account email [email protected] the following information:

1. A copy of your resale certificate issued by your state
2. A copy of the owner's driver license. Name must match on the resale certificate
3. And if you are located in Texas, a filled out copy of form 01-339. For resale fill out page 1. For non-profit fill out page 2. Click here for form 01-339.

First order must be over $400 to open a wholesale account. $1,200 minimum for free shipping for Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas; $3,500 for all other states. UPC list is currently not available and this website is our only catalog. Credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge. Debit & wire payments have no fees and recommended.
